Vocational Projects for UPG
Creating economic independence through hands-on vocational training
The Vocational Training for Unreached Women initiative is designed to bring skills, opportunity, and economic independence to women who have historically been excluded from formal education and employment. Through targeted outreach, we identify communities with limited access to vocational resources and provide training in trades such as tailoring, digital literacy, agribusiness, hair and beauty, and artisanal crafts. Our framework emphasizes holistic empowerment: skills development is paired with financial literacy, mentorship, and access to markets and start-up capital, ensuring women can turn training into sustainable livelihoods. By equipping women with both the know-how and the resources to succeed, this initiative fosters self-reliance, confidence, and long-term economic resilience, while creating ripple effects that strengthen families and communities.
