As at 2022, I was buried in debt, borrowing just to feed my children. Out of desperation, I started helping people with domestic chores, but instead of finding relief, I faced constant abuse and humiliation. Life felt hopeless until I came in contact with Youth Alive Development and Women Rescue Foundation. They took me through vocational training, taught me how to manage a small business, and helped me access funding to get started. Today, my life has completely turned around. I now run my own business, save regularly, and have even started making small investments. My children are back in school, and I can now afford their feeding and healthcare without begging anyone for help. This support restored my dignity and gave me a future I never thought possible.
